WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME FRAMES? What is your rain policy?Monday- Sunday 6 AM- 7 PM, Deliveries are scheduled into 2hour time frames. ​ Rain Policy- In the event, that your party or tent installation falls on a rainy day, tents CAN NOT be installed. A full refund will be made back to the customer. As far as other equipment, we have no rain policy. We will not cancel your rentals, nor will a refund be processed.

CUSTOMER DEPOSITSDeposits range from $150 to $300 depending on the rental items. ​ - Incidental holds are placed the day of delivery and released once our offices have expected the equipment and determine no damages have been made. This process usually takes 24 hours and your incidental hold will automatically fall off once we release hold.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?If total is over your deposit we will submit an invoice listing damages and prices and we will contact you via email about the additional charges. All fees must be paid, we will attempt to process payment after 3 business days after the invoice has been emailed out.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?Glow Atlanta Party Rentals does not process refunds of any sort. Any changes to an order can be made including changing the date of your rentals. However, we do not process refunds. The order total will be given in a store credit for future use with Glow Atlanta Party Rentals, LLC.

WHAT IF I MISSED PICKUP WHEN THE PICKUP TEAM ARRIVED?Pickup will be rescheduled for another day. Rental item fees will be added and in addition customer will be charged a $30 re-pickup fee which will be deducted from the deposit.
